1 Year Anniversary!

I can't even believe that we made it one year already!

It is crazy to think that when we opened just one year ago, my little bean was only 7 months old- not crawling, walking or talking. She was my little sidekick. We were attached at the hip- literally! She rode in the sling mostly, and when she got tired we switched to our mei-tai. She has gotten so use to "helping" me show people how to wear carriers, that she runs to me when I say "Bean, wanna help mama show how to sling?"

It has definately been a learning year; not only about business, but about myself and what I am capable of. Sometimes I go home in tears, wondering how and why I do it all, but most days I am amazed and full of joy at the love and friendship I experience on a daily basis. I have made so many lifelong friends, and so has Kinlee. I don't know where I would be without some of these newfound friends.

I feel completely blessed and am so excited about the years to come. This next year we will welcome another baby to the Sugar and Spice family, adding a whole other element to our otherwise crazy lives.

I thank you all for being there, not only as good customers, but at good friends, confidants, and fellow parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents, families and friends on this journey we call life.
